Built by people who actually build.

A family-run company. Since 2003.
We started Commercial Steel Buildings with a simple idea: cut out the middlemen and sell engineered steel buildings directly to the people who use them. Two decades later, we still believe in it.
Every building is engineered in-house, fabricated from American galvanized steel, and installed by crews we know by name. No franchises. No re-sellers. No surprises on the invoice.
Whether it's a 12-foot carport for a Texas backyard or a 220-foot commercial utility for a working farm in Pennsylvania — we treat the drawings, the steel, and the install the same way.
What we stand for.
The number we quote is the number you pay. Period.
Domestic, galvanized, code-stamped on every order.
Warranty service from the same team that built it.
Every part of the build, named.
We would rather you know what you are buying. Step through the eight components that make up the structure.
14-gauge or 12-gauge steel tubing carries every load in the building. It is hot-dip galvanized before fabrication, so the coating wraps the tube instead of sitting on a cut edge.

Buildings ship from Carolina Carports Inc. plants with the factory warranty intact and are set by factory-certified crews.
